REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your TwistFlow Relief. 
If you're not completely satisfied, we're 
here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will process 
your refund within 5-7 business days back to 
your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrived damaged or defective, 
please email us at support@twistflow.ca with 
a photo and we will send a replacement 
immediately at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used or damaged by 
the customer cannot be returned.
